24 July 07 – David Cameron’s visit yesterday to the Kigali Memorial Centre left him deeply moved. Established by the Aegis Trust in 2004 at the behest of Kigali City Council, the Centre’s grounds contain the mass graves of 250,000 victims of the 1994 genocide who were killed in Rwanda’s capital alone.
