30 May 07 - The Aegis Trust has today published a proposal for an oil trust fund and targeted sanctions to cut the flow of money to Khartoum’s campaign of ethnic cleansing in Darfur and increase the pressure on the Sudanese Government to accept UN peacekeepers in the region.
