The House of Lords has this morning ruled in favour of the Home Office in a landmark test case involving three Darfuri asylum seekers. However mention of missed evidence, which may lead to a further review on the issue, was brought up by Baroness Hale in the hearing: 'there may now be further evidence which requires the issue to be reconsidered'
