Revolving Immigration

When Nicolas Sarkozy visited the U.K. in March, he noted that London is now the seventh-largest French city. The British economy benefits greatly from the presence of 300,000 Frenchmen, including some of the best brains from the grandes écoles, and is now reaping the rewards of the recent arrivals from further east.
