Examining the evidence on school vouchers Print E-mail

Image

Examining the evidence on school vouchers. The results of America's first voucher experiments are in. The trouble is, no one can agree on what to make of them. Advocates of vouchers as a mechanism for improving school, HE and FE performance in the UK can learn from pilot schemes in the US. Read the details of these evaluations in Do School Vouchers Improve Student Performance? by Martin Carnoy of Stanford University.
