City of Baltimore and Center for Reproductive Rights Ask Appeals Court to Uphold Common Sense Regulation of Crisis Pregnancy Centers

Today the City of Baltimore, with its co-counsel the Center for Reproductive Rights, asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to protect Baltimore residents by allowing the enforcement of a local consumer protection ordinance requiring limited-service pregnancy centers - also known as crisis pregnancy centers, or CPCs – to provide accurate and non-deceptive information about their services.
